12-Month Warranty
Upon your purchase, any SEGO phone comes with a 12-month warranty effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only defects in craftsmanship and materials during the manufacturing process. If your phone encounters such a problem within this period, SEGO will repair it or offer a suitable replacement.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, like cracks, drops, or water damage
- Problems caused by misuse or repairs done by unauthorized individuals
- Everyday wear and tear, such as scratches or fading
Repair Services
For phones no longer under warranty, SEGO offers budget-friendly repair services. Contact us to discuss repair options and get your device back in working condition at a reasonable cost.
Exchanges for Wrong Products
If you receive the wrong product, there is no need to worry. Ensure that the item is unused, sealed in its box, and includes all components and documentation. Contact our support team, and they will guide you through the process. The incorrect product will be retrieved at no charge, and the correct product will be delivered to you within 7 business days.
Exchanges for Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or you wish to exchange it, providing video evidence is mandatory. This video must clearly show the unboxing process, highlighting the damage or incorrect product. Without this video proof, your exchange or return claim cannot be processed. Once we have the necessary evidence, SEGO will review and process your claim to ensure a smooth return or replacement experience.
