For SEGO phones, you're entitled to a refund if there’s a major issue with the product, along with compensation for any other reasonable loss or damage. You also have the right to get your phone or watch repaired or replaced if they don’t meet quality standards and the issue isn’t considered major.
For smaller issues, we may only offer a repair and not a refund.
If your SEGO phone arrives damaged, you can request a refund, but you’ll need to provide video proof of the damage. Please make a video while unboxing the product as this will serve as proof that the phone arrived damaged.
For Mobile Phones: Any performance issues, refunds, replacements, or repairs will be handled by our After Sales department.
Important Note: If you don’t provide video proof or send it after the unboxing, your refund claim may not be accepted.
